You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. To cancel, please email us at info@thepantrylistofficial.com.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, as well as because all orders are custom-made, once the item has shipped all sales are final. Returned food products cannot be resold or reused.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thepantrylistofficial.com with the following:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by the carrier

- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

- Orders left unattended after delivery
