Not enough salt. The pineapple and apricots are delicious. Also I think shelling the pistachios would be a great idea.

Our cashews are intentionally lightly salted to complement the sweeter ingredients and keep the overall mix balanced.
The pistachios are shown in-shell in our product images to match how they’re included, but we appreciate the suggestion.

Super delicious, I love the flavors. I love that they’re so different., my favorite is th the pistachio nouget and the figs. But you can’t go wrong with any of the choices I ordered a bag and within a few days I ordered a second bag. Absolutely love it and it’s so fresh.
